Shahn is an Associate with Kelly & McHale Family Lawyers. Since his admission as an Australian Legal Practitioner, Shahn has continued to practice in family law.

Shahn has experience in a wide range of family law matters including complex parenting matters, Family Violence Intervention Order proceedings, property and financial disputes, and child support agreements. Early in his career Shahn gained valuable experience with Victoria Legal Aid, involving regular appearances as both solicitor advocate and duty lawyer in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, the Magistrates’ Court of Victoria, and Children’s Court of Victoria. Shahn is admitted to practice in the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of Victoria. He is a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia and the Law Institute of Victoria.
