Lyn Cox

Senior Associate

Lyn holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons), a Bachelor of Arts and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice.

After obtaining her law degree, Lyn worked in various roles with the State Government including as the Senior Registrar of Public Sector Appeals and for seven years as a Conciliator and Senior Conciliator with the Anti-Discrimination Commission. Lyn also lectured and marked in the areas of Environmental Law and Corporate Law for the University of Southern Queensland. Since her admission, Lyn has worked exclusively in the area of family law, including on property matters, parenting matters, Financial Agreements, Child Support matters and Intervention Order matters. Lyn is admitted to practice in the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of Victoria and is a member of the Family Law Sections of the Law Council of Australia and the Law Instituted of Victoria.
